About:
CTMI-eVault:
A Secure Online Data Repository, IP Protection &
Information Sharing Tool with Auto-Notarization
CTMI-eVault represents an updated and enhanced version of
Chamber-eVault, a highly secure online data and file
repository service for the World Chambers Network
and ChamberTrust® Management International (CTMI)
since 2005, initially handling only select trade documentation
Designed
for Businesses of All Sizes
The new CTMI-eVault is tailored for businesses of
all sizes—small, mid-sized, or large—whether
they are members of a chamber of commerce or not.
Artists find it useful as well for protecting their
creative outputs. So do research and development
labs that collaborate across different institutions
and regions with the goal of commercialization. In
today's environment, where the threat of
unauthorized AI- training data scraping and other
unauthorized access to intellectual property,
financial records, and private business data
is very much on the rise, CTMI-eVault plays a vital
role in safeguarding sensitive information for
businesses...
Critical
Use Cases
--- Preparing Responses to RFPs: Managing sensitive
documents, engineering studies and blueprints,
ideas and data when responding to requests for
proposals --- Early Stages of

research and development, often involving multiple
labs and universities while also providing a ledger
of who added what over time. --- Confidential

financial and legal documents before, during and
after contact with potential investors ---
Internal CRM Data: Protecting sales team data and
ensuring compliance, with secure access even while

The
globally recognized ChamberTrust® brand behind
CTMI-eVault is supported by robust technical
features --- Multi-Layered Encryption: All
